Founded in 1979, Monterey Fish Market has been a trusted partner since our years cooking in the San Francisco Bay Area. When restaurants closed overnight in 2020, a 50-pound box of fish they couldn’t bear to waste inspired May Day LA, our seafood delivery project with Chris Kronner. Today, they continue to send those same boxes to us in Austin via Southwest Cargo.

We’re proud of all the producers behind our menu, including Three Sisters Oyster Company, growers of Lil’ Savages, our proprietary oyster.
